Discover, imagine, express, create
There Is Only One You—Let’s Create From That!
Be Creatively You!™ is a personalized art and identity workshop that helps children explore what they love, their interests, strengths, favorite things and individual creative style.
Children use colors, symbols, words, patterns and mixed-media materials to design a project that represents who they are. Depending on the group, projects may include identity canvases, vision boards, personalized signs, collages or other creative keepsakes.
The Need
Children are frequently asked to follow examples and reproduce the same project as everyone else. They also receive messages about who they should be before they have opportunities to discover and celebrate who they already are.
This workshop gives children permission to make choices, trust their ideas and create without comparing their work to someone else’s.
