Amor of Glam, LLC Terms and Conditions
Services are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY and are not performed by licensed cosmetologists. All products used are non- toxic and cruelty-free. Amor of Glam, LLC owners & employees are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions that can or may occur during spa/party services/activities or due to the use of any products, food or costumes during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parent or guardian to inform us of any specific allergies. Hosting parents assume all responsibility, the risk of all activities is that of the parents, and parents hosting the party.
There is no need to arrive early for your appointment or party as access will not be provided until the appointment / party time. Individual and weekday appointments: Please park in the WEST 6TH PARKING GARAGE. We will validate your parking pass for up to 1 hour. If you prefer we meet you in the circle drive for pick-up to avoid parking please text 602-704-2558 upon arrival. Parties: For your convenience a member of our Glam Squad will be available to meet in the circle drive for drop-off and pick-up 10 minutes before and after your scheduled start and end time. However, if host mom would like to greet guests as they arrive, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. You will be able to wait in the reception area. All appointments / parties must end at the scheduled time. If any guests are late, you will be given the option to wait or to start without them. In the event the party starts late, we will try our best to complete all of the treatments/inclusions but we may need to make adjustments to ensure that the appointment / party concludes on time.
STAYING AT THE PARTY
Due to space limitations, we ask that parents do not stay in the suite during the party. All children will be fully supervised by our staff. Once the party commences, we close the door until the party ends or upon the return of parents to pick up their children. If necessary, we ask that only the parents of the birthday child stay due to limited space inside our party venue. We ask parents to either wait outside or drop off their child and return to pick them once the party ends. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and activities for parents in the immediate area while the girls are receiving spa services. We can validate parking for up to one hour in the West 6th Parking Garage.
PARTY RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
Please be sure that the point of contact is the person that will be the Hosting Parent of your event. To reserve your party/event date, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at booking. You will receive a final invoice via email and the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your party/event date.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We have a no refund policy. If you must reschedule, please do so 5 days prior to your appointment/event. PAYMENT Full payment for Individual services is due at the time of booking.
FINAL PAYMENT FOR PARTIES
Final invoices are emailed, and payment is due 5 days prior to your event. Payment can be made with a major credit or debit card via secure payment through Square or PayPal. If you book a party within 5 days, you must pay your total in full at the time of booking.
Gratuity/Tipping charges are not required; however, are appreciated for a job well done by our hostesses. REFUNDS No Refunds will be issued on any services that have already taken place. If you are canceling your event with less than a 5 days’ notice, no refunds will be permitted on deposits made. We highly recommend rescheduling to avoid losing out on your deposit.
FINAL GUEST COUNT
Your final guest count is due 5 days prior to your party/event with the final payment. We will use this count to determine appropriate quantities for costumes, sitting, stations, supplies, etc. and we will charge accordingly for any additional guests in your final invoice.
Party guests will not be forced to participate in any activity they chose not to participate in.
ATTIRE / FOOTWEAR
Guests must wear clothing under all spa robes/costumes.
ALLERGIES OR HEALTH CONCERNS
Parents must make us aware in writing informing us of any allergies or health concerns for any party guests.
CLEANLINESS & SAFETY STANDARDS
We take our staff and clients’ safety seriously. If your child is not well we kindly ask that you reschedule or if a guest for your party is not feeling well we ask that they not attend as to protect everyone in attendance. We adhere to very strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards as a standard practice throughout the year. Just in case you’re wondering about our sanitation practices and how we ensure our parties are 100% safe we utilize: – One-time use disposable implements wherever possible. – All non-disposable brushes, headbands, towels, spa robes, and footwear are cleaned and sanitized after each use. – Towels and bathrobes are laundered and cleaned after each use. – All products are cruelty free, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic. – Individual product portions used wherever possible. – Manicure and pedicure bowls cleansed per health department and industry standards with the highest level of chemo-sterilant. – All benches and stations are cleaned and sanitized after each party. – Comprehensive training for all employees in cross contamination management and protocols. – Comprehensive third-party liability and product insurance.
MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
We only play age appropriate music and have age appropriate games for children. If you would like to provide a personalized music playlist please send via text to 602-704-2558 and include the child’s name and date/time of the party.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Don’t worry! We will take lots of photos to share with you after the party and you will receive a secure link with all the photos within 24 hours after the party. We will also post a couple to our social media pages and encourage you to share with your family and friends. Unless notified by the client (via email), any pictures taken during the party may be used for marketing to promote Amor of Glam, LLC.
SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we at Amor of Glam, LLC reserve the right to reschedule your event. If you choose to cancel your event for any reason due remember your deposit is nonrefundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party (with no changes) for an alternate date.
While we do understand that accidents happen, the client may be held responsible for any excessive damage sustained to costumes or property of Amor of Glam, LLC.
The hosting parent needs to have a list of emergency contacts for all party guests (including full name, phone number and email address).
