Spa Party Terms & Conditions | Amor of Glam, LLC
Welcome to Amor of Glam! We are delighted to help you create unforgettable spa party experiences for your children. Please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event. By booking a spa party with us, you agree to the following terms:
Booking and Deposits
- Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your spa party date. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of your party.
- Deposit Policy: Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Your date is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 5 days before the day of your event. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle and Paypal.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your spa party, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. The deposit is non-refundable, but we will gladly apply it to a future booking within six months of the original party date.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your party up to 7 days before the original date without penalty. Rescheduling less than 7 days before the event may result in a fee.
Party Packages and Guest Count
- Package Selection: Please choose your spa party package carefully, as changes cannot be made on the day of the event. Each package includes specific services, and we aim to deliver the best experience based on your selection.
- Guest Count: The guest count you provide at booking is final. If additional guests are added on the day of the event, additional charges will apply. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate changes.
Arrival and Setup
- Arrival Time: We recommend that you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows for a smooth check-in and ensures that the party starts on time.
- Setup: Our team will handle all setup and cleanup for the party. Please ensure that the party space is free of any personal items before you leave at the end of the event.
Health and Safety
- Health Considerations: Please inform us of any allergies or health concerns your child or their guests may have prior to the party. We will make every effort to accommodate special needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- COVID-19 Precautions: We adhere to all local health guidelines and take extra precautions to ensure a safe environment. This includes sanitizing all equipment and supplies before and after each use.
Liability
- Supervision: Our staff is trained to supervise and engage with the children during the party. However, at least one parent or guardian can be present during the duration of the event.
- Liability Waiver: By booking a spa party with Amor of Glam, LLC, you acknowledge and accept that Amor of Glam, LLC is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
Photography and Media Release
- Photos and Videos: We may take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the party, you consent to the use of these images on our website and social media channels. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please inform us in writing before the event.
