Lip Care Products
- No Returns on Lip Care Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any lip care items unless the product is proven to be defective. All lip care products are sealed upon delivery to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective lip care product, please contact us immediately at amorofglam@yahoo.com with details and proof of the defect.
Accessory Items
- 10-Day Return Policy: For accessory items, we offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the accessory item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. The item must be broken or defective to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
