Booking and Deposits

• Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your spa party date. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of your party.
• Deposit Policy: Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Your date is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 5 days before the day of your event. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle and Paypal.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your spa party, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. The deposit is non-refundable, but we will gladly apply it to a future booking within six months of the original party date.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your party up to 7 days before the original date without penalty. Rescheduling less than 7 days before the event may result in a fee.

Payment Options Available: If booking less than 2 months, must contact us if you’d like to request a payment plan.
