Grateful Hearts Glow™ is a creative, coed social-emotional enrichment workshop that helps children recognize meaningful people, experiences, abilities and moments in their lives.
Through guided conversation and hands-on creativity, children explore what gratitude means, why appreciation matters and how noticing positive moments can become a supportive everyday practice.
Children are never required to share private feelings or personal experiences with the group. They can decide which reflections they want to express, keep private or take home to discuss with their family.

Gratitude That Feels Honest and Personal
Grateful Hearts Glow™ does not ask children to pretend every day is perfect.
Instead, children learn that gratitude can include noticing one helpful person, one peaceful moment, one personal strength or one small experience that brought comfort or joy.
Guided prompts may include:

- What place helps you feel peaceful?
- What is one ability you appreciate about yourself?
- How can you show kindness to someone else?
- What positive moment would you like to remember?
Children can respond through writing, drawing, symbols, colors or age-appropriate verbal reflection.

An Inclusive Experience for Every Child
Gratitude, kindness and emotional wellness are important for girls and boys.
Projects are offered in a variety of colors, themes and formats so children can personalize their creations according to their interests. Children are encouraged to create something meaningful to them rather than follow a gender-based design.
Workshop Details
Recommended for: Ages 5–12, with projects adjusted by age and difficulty for older attendees
Session length: Approximately 60–90 minutes
Format: Coed with age-level and communication-based adjustments
Take-home creation: A gratitude jar, journal, kindness project or selected keepsake
Booking options: Single workshop, classroom experience, private group, family-engagement event, community program or multiweek series
Children may write, draw or use visual prompts according to their developmental level. Participation does not require public disclosure.

Grateful Hearts Glow™ helps children create more than an art project. It gives them a practical way to notice support, express appreciation and carry kindness into their relationships.
Planning and pricing
Regular workshop registration is $25 per student. Premium supplies may change a custom-event quote. Custom-requested private workshops and partnerships require at least ten participants, with details confirmed before booking. Mobile workshops are available within 25 miles of 85138, subject to availability. Our team brings agreed supplies; nothing is shipped. An inquiry does not reserve a date.
