Express Yourself™ is a coed creative-style workshop that helps children transform everyday items into personalized, wearable works of art.
Participants select colors, words, symbols, patches, gems, fabric elements and other age-appropriate materials to create something that represents their interests and individual style.
Instead of asking every child to reproduce the same design, the workshop encourages children to plan their ideas, make independent choices and confidently create something of their own.
What Children Can Create

- Decorated denim or fabric accessories

- Pencil pouches

- Wearable-art accessories
Project options depend on the selected package, participant age and group size.
Children receive a curated selection of colors, themes and embellishments. Designs can include sports, gaming, nature, inspirational words, hearts, stars, animals, abstract patterns and other interests that appeal to the participating group.
An Inclusive Creative Experience
Express Yourself™ welcomes girls and boys with a variety of design choices that allow each child to create according to their own interests.
Children are not limited to predetermined “girl” or “boy” designs. They can select the colors, symbols and style elements that feel most authentic to them.
The goal is not to follow a trend or copy someone else. The goal is to help every child recognize that their ideas are worth expressing.
The Need
Children are surrounded by messages about what they should wear, like or consider popular. They need supportive environments where they can explore personal style without comparison or pressure.
Some children also find it easier to communicate their interests visually than verbally. Wearable art gives them another way to share who they are while building confidence in their creative decisions.
Express Yourself™ creates space for children to experiment, make choices and turn their ideas into something useful that they can proudly wear or carry.

What Parents and Partners Can Expect
Amor of Glam provides prepared materials, guided instruction and a supportive workshop environment.
Children are shown how to plan their design, arrange materials before attaching them and make adjustments when an idea changes. Facilitators encourage creativity without requiring every finished project to look alike.
Recommended for: Ages 5–12
Session length: Approximately 60–90 minutes
Format: Coed with individualized design choices
Take-home creation: One customized wearable or everyday item
Booking options: Single workshop, private group, school enrichment, community event or multiweek series
Available materials may include small embellishments and adhesives. Projects and tools are selected according to participant age and require appropriate supervision.

Workshop planning
Regular workshop registration is $25 per student. Premium apparel or materials may change a custom-event quote. Custom-requested private workshops and partnerships require at least ten participants, with details confirmed before booking. Mobile workshops are available within 25 miles of 85138, subject to availability. Our team brings supplies; they are not shipped. An inquiry does not reserve a date.
